The Safe Deposit Locker/Safe Custody of Articles Policy/Operational Guidelines in vogue has been is reviewed by Inspection and Audit Compliance Sub-committee in its meeting held on 17.01.2026 taking into consideration the various developments in the area of banking and technology, nature of Consumer grievances and guidelines/directives issued by the RBI from time to time approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 30.01.2026 vide Resolution No.A.1(e)(iii). The guidelines/instructions contained in this policy are applicable to both new and existing Safe Deposit Lockers and Safe Custody of Articles facility with the bank.
